Nitrous oxide inhalation sedation
Laughing gas or nitrous oxide is a safe and effective anxiolytic agent. It is mixed with oxygen and inhaled through a small mask that fits over your nose. The gas which helps you to relax will be offered by your dentist to make you comfortable during certain procedures.
